Ava Shepherd, an overzealous YouTube personality and paranormal investigator, leads her channel Echoes of the Dead in search of their next big investigation. Teaming up with her best friend Lila Hart and Lila’s brother Ryan Hart for tech support and filming, Ava becomes determined to explore the infamous Densmore Manor—a house rumored to be tied to a dark cult and decades of mysterious deaths.

What begins as another overnight investigation slowly turns unsettling as the group experiences strange activity that grows increasingly intense. As the night unfolds, the trio realizes the house may be hiding something far more personal—and far more dangerous—than they expected.
